Who we are

bothstories.com and its products are provided by BothStories (“BothStories”, “we”). You can reach us at contact@bothstories.com.

What you're buying

Our products are digital toolkits: documents, worksheets, templates and scripts. Each product's sales page describes what it contains, its price and, for preorders, its delivery date.

Preorders

• A founding preorder is paid now and delivered later, by email to the address you used at checkout, by the delivery date shown on the product's sales page when you bought it.
• You don't get access at the time of purchase.
• If we don't deliver the complete product by that date, you can request a full refund. You can also cancel for a full refund any time before delivery. See the Refund policy.
• The founding price is fixed for your order. Founding buyers receive future updates to the edition they bought at no extra cost.

Payment

Checkout and payment are handled by Whop. Prices are one-time payments unless the sales page says otherwise. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Whop's own terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout itself. We never see or store your full card details.

Using the product

• Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product, including using its templates and scripts in your own work.
• Please don't resell, share, publish or redistribute the product or its files, in whole or in part.

Not professional advice

Our products offer practical, general guidance. They are not legal, HR, medical or other professional advice, and they don't replace your organization's policies. For formal disciplinary action, performance improvement plans, terminations, accommodations, harassment, protected characteristics or legal questions, follow your organization's HR and legal processes. You are responsible for how you apply the material in your situation.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your rights under consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order.
